My specs:

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 v3 (3.4 GHZ x 8 CPU's)
Video Card: Geforce GTX 950
RAM: 16GB
OS: Windows 7 64bit Pro
Directx: 11

Iam playing CS:GO on 800x600 4:3 stretched at 120hz. Iam really upset cause I can't play lag-free. Something might be very wrong on my pc cause with a 8 core cpu and gtx 950 I tought I shouldn't have any problems.

I turned AV off, turned off all background programs but still: after 30 min of playing I get laggy on deathmatch servers. On matchmaking thankfully its not laggy.

My fps drops from about 120 to 50 for a sec which causes the laggy feeling.

I checked the temps: It is around 60°C for video card and cpu.

Any help is very welcome. Iam so frustrated ...

As I said my fps drops from 120-150 (green) to 50 (yellow). Iam pretty sure fps has nothing to do with ping but hardware.

Check your post, then. You said PING, not FPS.

CS:GO has been having strangely and certainly doesn't run as smoothly as it used it. What are your video settings and launch settings? I use these launch settings: -threads 4 -nod3d9ex -high +exec autoexec -high -novid -tickrate 128 -nojoy
