With what OC settings should I be able to run FC3/BF2 on Ultra maxed everything? Geforce 660 ti SC

I use EVGA Precision X 4.1 to do OC. But I can't seem to find the sweet spot to run FC3 on more than x2 MSAA and I'm only getting 35-40 fps. Any recommended OC settings to get this to run? Here is my current PC. If there is no way to get maxed everything at least the next closest.

You won't be able to max everything.

Only thing you can do is to keep OCing 'til you can't.
