Wmp12 wont rip cds

wmp 12 (windows 7 x64) won't rip cd's now after i just got through ripping a cd. disk data shows, boxes next to tracks checked, just no rip. any thoughts?

Did you tell it to rip? Like did you press the "rip" button?
