Woke up to my PSU making this strange noise?

SO my PC was on when I was downloading during the night and I woke up to this noise, it appears to have stopped now after my PC was running for about 10 mins. Please help!

Specs:
i5-7600K 3.8Ghz (no OC)
Asus Strix GTX 960 4GB (no OC)
Asus Strix Z270H Mobo
2x4GB Ballistix 2666Mhz RAM

Unknown PSU? Is this system a prebuilt? The noise sounds like it's the fan giving out or there's some form of dust or debris impeding the fans rotation. You may want to verify if you're under warranty and if you can open the side panel. Once you're sure opening the side panel wont void your warranty, you might want to isolate the source of that sound, it's possible the noise might be coming from the GPU as well.

At first the PC was system prebuilt but I switched out some parts like the RAM, MOBO, GPU & CPU. I am going to have to upgrade my PSU soon since I got the original PC in 2013 and already back then the parts were not new. I know it is coming from the PSU because I checked earlier.
