wolfeinsten the new order texture issue

please i have the following issue when i start play the game :

the texture is so bad that everything like blue and black , as a small picture had been larged and showed on a big resolution :
My Specs are the follwoing :
i5-6600K
16 G Ram DDR4
GTX 650 TI BOOST ASUS

I forget when i last update my Driver but about a two year

i made many changes to game options nothing worked

please give me suggestions

upgrading drivers is first thing todo. might be issue with card, driver, windows, many things.
give us printscreen from game and update all stuff you can. We might debug already solved bug.

when i run the direct x diagnostic tool to know the version of the update , it shows me the following :
Version 23.21.13.8813 version
date 26/10/2017

can you suggest anything
