If they even go through with the prosecution it will be a legal travesty.

There was no malicious intent here at all. It's not even criminally negligent as the video was 3 minutes of footage and not even the focus of the video made not were any copies distributed.

If the local DA continues with the conviction, he needs his license revoked.

The world has a greater chance of ending in 2012 than that happening, they already proved they'll sue anybody over trivial matters like this.

Are you all crazy? Clearly she was going to distribute this on the black market as a previously unseen trailer. This deserves the highest punishment possible below the death penalty. She's lucky she wasn't caught in Indonesia, trailer trafficking is on par with treason there.
