won’t boot from a USB flash drive

My Gateway MT6840 won’t boot from a USB flash drive. I have Tried F2 Bios Boot and F12 Boot Sequence.

Any working one or did you just try one? If you tried the drives in other system and they work OK, try doing a BIOS update on the laptop if there is a newer one than what you have.
