Question Won’t boot up windows

I just built a pc and downloaded windows onto a usb so I could boot up an os on my pc. In the bios it sees the usb, but when I’m trying to boot up to it the little dots at the bottom spin (loading) but then it just freezes. I have no idea what’s going on with the hardware or the usb. I have tried many times with different usb but the same thing occurs. Help?

Please post your full system specs.

Have you tried different USB ports? Have you disconnected all non-critical devices (USB, ethernet etc) ?
