Question Won’t turn on after a reset from blue screen

Hello all,

My pc has been on blue screen for few days now with the stop code: BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO. I chose to reset the pc from the blue screen and now the pc won’t turn on at all

my pc is custom built with:
Ryzen 7 2700x
16gb 3200mhz ddr4 ram
Gtx 1660 super
600w psu
2tb seagate hdd
B450 pro carbon gaming max WiFi msi motherboard

no bios? nothing? or just doesn't boot to windows?
