Wouldn't be so bad if the joe smoos would answer the numerous emails I
sent about the CD key not working. I've given up and just sent it in by
mail. I'm beginning to wonder if there's anyone working there at all.

Wasn't the company bought out or sold? I think it was owned by the French
disaster of a company, Vevendi. If Half Life 2 *ever* comes out its likely
to be the end of the road.
