Wondering about a certian GPU (Gtx 660 ti SC+ 3gb)

Was wondering is the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti SC+ 3GB (http://www.evga.com/Products/Product.aspx?pn=03G-P4-3663-KR) better then a reference GTX 670?

Not at all. GTX670 is a much better choice. The only way you can make use of over 2GB would be installing those fan-made high-res texture packs onto games. And the GTX670 will perform much better with high-res textures anyway.
