wondering about Cyberpower maybe going under?

I had ordered a pc through Cyberpower they have an online status checker.
This has not moved from the day I bought it so I thought I would call them at the 1 800 number they have and I got a messege saying that its been disconnected, then I called again and it just rang no one answers.
This makes me very nervous.

Has anyone any information about this place going out of business or going under?

I doubt that its going out of business. However PC World's consumer ratings suggested that Cyberpower's desktop PC's aren't that reliable. However their laptops still kick ass.
