Im running an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ thats overclocked to 2.36 gig on a DFI Lanparty UT RDX200 CT-DR mobo (cant seem to get the voltage to adjust so I can try to get it higher) with an ATI x1800 xl running at 530 core and 530 ram (They sent me the one with cheaper memory when I ordered the better one and wouldnt do anything for me since it was refurbished) with the cpu hitting an average of about 38c and the card running around 64c. Im just curious as to whether or not this is going to cause any noticeable damage whatsoever since the temperatures arnt going any higher really than their stock settings, or will just the fact they theyre overclocked still take a few years off my hardwares lifespan?

No I can not see the life span being affected. I am sure in a few years you will have a whole different system. Why can you not change the volts.
IS the settings in the bios for volts, and is it the cpu or gpu you want the volts increase. This is the onboard video i beleive

If you are unable to change these values your cpu is locked usually this is due to an OEM processor always get a retail product also fakes are going around dont buy from newegg sooooooo many people have gotten shit parts from there.
