Solution

ya it's good enough to run all of this games with good FPS , as example :

Battlefield 3 withh run at Ultra setting 1920 x 1080 with more than 65 ~ 70 FPS on your system

am using the FX-8350 ( not that far away from yours ) with HD 7870 which is worse than yours by 11 % and getting more than 70 FPS in Battlefield 3 Ultra setting 1080p .

hey buddy , stick with this build , it's great for the price/performance ( nice CPU choice :) but the 8350 would be better for an future proof )

yes you can run crysis 3 on max with 30 FPS

what games do you play ?

For now , it would be no noticeable difference !!

but if you are looking for an future proof , get the FX-8350 since it has higher clock speed and you can overclock it at the future to 5 GHz with good cooler

you can take the FX-8320 and overclock it to 4.0 to get the same performance as the FX-8350 for now .
but at the future you can't overclock it more than 4.2 i think .

you decide of it worth getting the FX-8350 for extra ~ 30$

wow 50 $ !! Stick with the FX-8320 then .

ya it's that Important if we are talking about 2 similar CPUs with different Clock speeds , the higher would be better for sure , but it's only few frames per second :) .

it's not the best for overclocking but yes , you can overclock your CPU using it .

i have the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 and i can overclock my CPU using it ( same chipset - AMD 970 - )

buddy , choose the best answer if you want to close this thread .
