So here is my situation at the time of buying my gaming "rig" I wasn't very educated on pc building. I used an fm2 socket mother board and I bought the best cpu for that socket which happens to be the AMD A10-6800K cpu. I know this is not the best cpu and not very good at all. So I am now going to upgrade to a NDIVIA gtx 660 ti GPU because before I had a AMD 6670...Bleh. I am wondering if when I get this graphics card will my cpu hinder the performance of my gpu, I dont really feel like switching out a new motherboard just to play the latest games.

1920x1080 single display

games I want to play
Battlefield 4
Cod Ghosts(Eww right? xD)
Dayz

Thank you, Lucas

You could have got the Athlon 760k, its the same a10-6800k without the iGpu.
You are already buying a dedicated gpu

intercrated gpu isnt meant for gaming, i think what he wanted to say is its no point to pay extra for apu if you allready have dedicated gpu
