Wondering if GPU will fit

Hi everyone, i was thinking about upgrading my GPU, i actually have a GT 730 and i was wondering if the EVGA GTX 750 Ti FTW edition will fit in my case, which is a Cooler Master K350.
And if it will be ok with my actual PSU (450W), i got an intel i5-4440 LGA 1150, asus B85M-G and 4x2 Kingston Hyperx Blu DDR3

According to the card's specs, it is 9.5" long. According to Cooler Master, that case accepts cards up to 12.4" long. So no problem.

Normally, a 450W is sufficient. But I can't say for sure w/o knowing the make.model so I can check the specs.
