Wondering if I can upgrade my processor.

Hello. I use an HP 15 TouchSmart Notebook. It runs on Intel Core i3-3120M. I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade to a better i3 or possibly i5. And also I think it came with an NVIDIA graphic card. But I did one system reset and I couldn't access it anymore and couldn't install nvidia drivers as well. Any thoughts?

That CPU is soldered on the MB and can't be upgraded.
