Wondering if my gpu is too hot

Recently while playing Ark my gpu hits 80 degrees c w/ the fan speed at ~70%. I was wondering if this was too hot and if I should be worried or not. Using an AMD Radeon R9 390. No overclocking.

I read some other posts that said that below 80 is ok, but I felt like it was weird that my fan speed doesn't go above 70%.

you can edit the fan curvo to make it go above 70% in an overclocking app and 80C is preatty hot.
