Wondering if my heaven score is good

Solution
Well your processor isn't the greatest fit for your GTX 1080. I'd recommend upgrading that CPU to a higher end model like the I7 4790K or even the I5 4690k. Therefore you can apply an overclock and boost performance without sacrificing tons of money.

* To answer your question, Yes that CPU is a bit of a bottleneck.

What about the benchmark now! Will the benchmark result will go up if I change the cpu? I am using 1440p 144hz monitor, currently I have about 100 FPS on dota2 at max settings.

Well of course!
I7 4790K- LINK

However if you dont want to spend money on your old platform then you can either get the I5 4690K and apply a heavy OC. I5 4690K- LINK

Otherwise a Ryzen system will benefit you greatly!

Yes your graphics card isn't seeing the full potential. If your happy with your frame rates then don't upgrade and save up for a new platform when your's doesn't suffice.
