This is a nice build! With AMD you get more bang for your buck!

The only thing is your graphics card is not the best i would go with the GTX 970 4GB AMP!

That is a very nice build. I love my 8350. But they say you get better gaming performance from the i5 4690k. So here is your build just with a nice z97 motherboard and the 4690k for only $30 more. I made a few other changes as well.
