Wanted to know if everything is compatible as it is my first PC build! Also, will it be able to run GTA V and StarWars Battlefront at decent framerate and settings?

For that system I wouldn't recommend anything less than about 550W power supply as it is made to overclock.

if you aren't planning on overclocking then its going to be a waste of money to get the i5-6600k (K) cpu's are used for overclocking and the Z170 motherboard (Z170 also used for overclocking) if you don't overclock yes 500W will be enough just make sure you get a good 500W . all parts are compatible yes.
