wondering if this ram is any good

Im very new to building, which should be obvious because I accidentally went with 2666mhz ram with a ryzen cpu so Im on the hunt for 3200mhz ram now I do know that I should go for 16gb,but I am planning on upgrading later but as of now that is not in my budget. I couldn't help but notice that I was finding some rams for $20 more with the same specs, which is making me pretty suspicious

You do not need absolutely 3200mhz. 3000, 2866, or 2666 is fine. But aim for 3000. I'm not a fan of Team Vulcan, but your choice. Yous should try G.Skill Ripjaws Red 3000 or even this:

because as of now the CAS15 3000mhz is more expensive than the CAS16 3200mhz although I though that CAS15 3000mhz = CAS16 3200mhz
