Wondering wether my cpu is bottle necking my gpu

I have a gtx 1060 3gb paired with a i5 4460s and I am getting lower FPS than other people with the same gpu so I am wondering wether it’s the cpu that’s bottlenecking the gpu or perhaps something else

Yes it is bottlenecking to an extent. Better CPU will always net some improvement.

Do you have cpu cores at a 100% usage with a lower gpu usage?
