So I'm not so great with computers but I can put them together.
I would also like a card around $100 or so
The card would be used for mainly gaming, I know I have a terrible set-up, not my choice.
Anyways I was wondering what cards are able to work on my system.
Specs-

Power Supply : 240W

The trouble with buying prebuilt computers that rely on integrated graphics is that the manufacturer can put a small power supply in there. A good idea would be to upgrade the power supply to get a better selection of cards. As it stands you would only be able to run low power cards.

Well you might be able to squeeze a 7750 or 7770 into that system but the power supply is on the low side at only 240 watts it may take your system down now if you could afford this....http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139050

You could add just about any card to your system provided it uses a standard PS UNIT.

So say I put this into my system, what could it possibly run then?

Hard to say unless you put a good power supply in I ran a high end NVidia card for 6 months on a old hp 300 watt power supply but one day poof! the power supply died RIP good thing it didn't take the rest of my system that's years ago but it happens.

Like I had said the upgrade to a larger power supply will allow for a larger selection of cards. At that point you want to be careful not to get too powerful of a video card as it will bottleneck your CPU. With you processor being only a dual core it can easily get bottlenecked.

7750 , 7770 and the 7790 would be good starting points.
