Wondering what these pins are for

While disassembling my evga gtx 960 I discovered 2 unused pins on the pcb and I am curious as to what they are used for.(I would include a picture but I am on mobile and I am not sure how to attach an image :/ )

some vendors use reset pins if you flash the gpu and screw up. some gpu have a main and back up bios.
