Wondering what upgrade to my PC I should do first.

Okay, so I have an i5 4570 and a gtx 960 2gb, but I still feel that when I game I'm not getting my full potential. I was wondering if either of those would bottleneck each other, or are not up to par. If so, which should I upgrade first? I've been hearing processor, but I'd like some other opinions. Thanks for any help.

A graphics card would be best to upgrade.

can u tell me details of ur rig?
and ur cpu isnt that bad. so there wont be cpu bottleneck. i think your playing with 1080p?
