Won't boot - "BLInitializeLibrary Failed 0xc000009a"

Was having issues booting (see submission history if you're curious) and reset CMOS. PC booted up fine once and now this morning I had to switch the sata cables around in order to get it to even recognize my SSD as a bootable drive but I am getting the error in the title when I try to boot from it. Gigabyte board. Searching for the problem has suggestions for screwing around with the Fastboot option, which seems to be done through an Windows application on this board, which I can't get to cause I can't boot.

Any thoughts?

You should be able to disable fast boot via the BIOS settings.

That link doesn't work.
Typically the option is under the boot menu of a classic BIOS view.
Please post model of motherboard

Seems to be solved through reformatting. I did run into another error during the reformat where: "Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition", which was solved by installing through command prompt following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4ilMAAk1Q8

It was a GIgabyte 970A-D3SP

Shame you had to go to that extreme, but it's good that its resolved.
I had a read of the manual for your board. It doesn't appear to support fast boot, so that wasn't your problem.
