Hello,
One day my brother laptop suddenly just stopped booting. 95% of the time it says diagnostic your pc and then this window comes up. https://ibb.co/b6Uo0a . One time it did post to window 10 but the mouse could move around but if when i tried to get task manager up, it tooks almost 10 minutes. I tried everything in that window and then I tried fixing the MBR but I don't have the disk that it came with. I don't need any of the files and I was thinking of just whipping the hard rive and reinstalling windows. I wanted to know if there was a fix before wipped the HDD. (I plugged the HDD into my PC and I could go through all the files)
