the culprit is a extra standoff near the motherboard.

Hello. my pc won't boot. I tried removing ram then i hear beeps. But when i insert ram again. It won't even boot (no single short beep either) . I am using integrated gpu by the way. What do you guys think is wrong with my pc? I suspect faulty mobo.

Edit:
Cpu: AMD a4-3400 apu
Mobo: asrock a55m hvs
Psu: cougar sl500
Ram:1 x 4gb Kingston. no heatsink
Old system
Yes it booted before i just removed the video card then i wont boot again. I tried resetting cmos but that did not help either. I think psu is installed correctly. I also tried using a spare psu but still won't boot.

Solution
please more informations about your configuration:
CPU, RAM, motherboard, power supply brand and model

PSU is installed correctly?

Did it boot correctly before? old or new system?
why did you remove the graphics card in the first place?

all power plugs inserted? additional 8pin (4+4pins) ATX12V plugged in too?

how did you clear the cmos?
remove power from wall plug, set clrcmos1 jumper to clear it, set back the jumper to default location, power on again
