Won't boot when overclocking ram to 2400mhz, but boots at 2133mhz. Gives me BSOD saying NETIO.SYS is missing or corrupted.

Full specs are as follows:
Windows 10
Asus Crosshair V Formula Z
FX-8320E
Radeon R9 Gamer Series 4x8GB
MSI R9-390X
750w Bronze PSU
WD Blue or Black HHD (don't remember) 1TB

Used the A.M.P. Specs to deal with voltage and timing. Ram and mobo are marketed as 2400mhz. Mobo was refurbished for issues booting beforehand by the manufacturer. As stated before, runs fine at 2133mhz. Thanks!

Solution
Overclocking is, by definition, working outside the guaranteed specifications which means it may or may not work. Read the ASUS overclocking disclaimers.

2133 is pretty good though on a system only guaranteed to run 1600.
