I was getting a bootloop now the bootloop has stopped but still no output from cpu or GPu I have a in 7600k paired with a gigabyte-z170-hd3-ddr3 I have tried unplugging everything not needed out of the motherboard but still nothing I have a feeling it could be because kabylale cpu s aren't supported out of the box however I'm not sure how to update the bios as I don't have another cpu to use the speaker is plugged in but it isn't making any noise.

Yes, the BIOS not supporting the CPU is the most likely the case.

I would say return the motherboard and get a refund, you don't want to use DDR3 on the newer processors anyways, it's bad for them and a waste of the new technology.

Get z270 series board and you'll be fine.

If you're stuck on the misguided idea of keeping the mobo, you'll have to buy a compatible CPU to upgrade the BIOS, the celeron g3900 is the cheapest at $45: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/kxs8TW/intel-cpu-bx80662g3900
