[SOLVED] Won't boot to USB stick

I installed the windows media tool on a usb stick and when I enter the bios and select the stick as the first priority to boot it boots to the already installed system that I want to erase.
I have an older version of bios that looks something like this:

Did you just copy the MediaCreation Tool exe to this?
Or run through the steps to make the needed files on the flash drive?

I went here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and then ran the setup
