So I just put together majority of my build with the only thing missing is the gpu. I've went through the whole process for installing my cpu, motherboard, case fan, SSD, hdd, ram, and PSU. My issue is that when I hit the switch on my PSU after plugging it in nothing happens besides the rgb lights turning on from the motherboard. No fans turn on (CPU, PSU, or Case fan), nor do the case lights turn on, but when I hit the pwr Sw button on my motherboard everything turns on the only thing is if I turn off my PC by the PSU switch I'd have to hit that button again. I'm using
Asus Prime Z370-A
Bronze 750 PSU
I3 8100
The tower is Corsair Carbide spec 04

Yes, that's how it is suppose to work. You leave the PSU switch in the ON position all the time. Starting the computer is done with the power button on the case. Shutting down is done with the Windows 'shut down'.

If your lighting is on all the time, even when the system is shut down (PSU on), you have something wired wrong.
