Won't Even Start

I have built my computer, and it won't even start up to the bios.

I have:
Radeon Powercolor 7850 2GB
AMD FX-6100
MSI MS-7641 Ver 3.0
Seagate SATA III 7200RPM 2TB
and a 550 watt PSU

All the components seem to be working. CPU fan is running, so is everything else. But shouldn't atleast a basic BIOS come up?

None of these seemed to work.

I have tried two different moniters, and tried each on GPU and another time on the mobo. But it is not finding a signal.

ONLY connect to the GPU not the motherboard. Motherboard video is disabled when the GPU is installed.

The motherboard could be DOA. Seems this board is DOA often.

First, try using only one stick of memory. Try both sticks individually.

I am using one 4gb stick currently. Slot 1. We took out the GPU before connecting to mobo. We reset CMOS, and followed the manufacture manual to the tea. PWSW on JFP1 to make sure it wasn't shorting. But the mobo is running all the fans, and everything. But it just isn't reading video.
