Question Won't go past bios after new cpu is installed

Hey

I just installed my new cpu and my pc won't boot past the bios and tells me that a new cpu has been installed and i need to go to the bios, so i do and i can see that it has regonized my cpu and then i click load optimized settings and save and exit
But then the pc just keeps trying to reboot while the dram light is switching between all the colors (red, white, orange and green)
What can i do?
Specs
Ryzen 5 3600
Rx 570 8 gb
16 gb ram g.skill
550w seasonic platinum
Asus b450 (with preloaded bios for ryzen 3000)

In the BIOS does it detect your ram? And is that RAM set to XMP settings?

Yes it does detect the ram and idk, i can't find xmp in my bios

ASUS calls it DOCP instead of XMP, I believe, can you find that instead, maybe?

Yes i found it and it was in auto now i changed it and it booted to Windows but if i restart my pc it starts too through the dram light again
