Okay, I've just bought windows 8.1 and a new hard drive. When I try and install windows 8.1 I enter the key and it proceeds to the next screen, I click next and on the installing windows screen it says my PC will restart several times.
After it finishes the getting files ready for installation part it reboots my PC.
After rebooting it makes me start the whole process over again. I leave the CD in the drive just FYI.
