wont let me into my account

i have two accounts on my computer it will only let me in one, im not sure how to reset it, please help. Also, it asks for an administrative password.

you need to write the administrator password to get to this account .

Sign into the account you can get into, you can then change the other account settings if you are a local admin. If not, ask whoever helped you setup the computer what the admin password is.
