So I try to restore my Windows 8.1 PC to factory settings, but when I, It says that a problem occured and no changes were made. Sound doesnt work and no connection. That happened after I installed a new driver for my graphics card so I know I messed up because of that so that is why I will make a restore, but it wont let me. Help PLEASE :)

Your recovery partition may unfortunately be corrupt. If the OS was pre installed you can always try to contact the manufacturer for recovery media, or you can try and install a raw windows 8.1 and find drivers from the manufacturers site.

Sorry Saga, will not happen again. NocturnalPig, thing is I can't get on the internet so I can't even download :/ I know I am in a bad situation but is there no other solutions?
