I have a E6300
Gigabyte DS4
OCZ 2GB PC2-6400 platinum revision 2

I can't overclock in the bios, everytime i try it won't boot, it doesn't matter what i try, it doesn't do it, but i can overclock using easytune 5 but it doesn't keep the settings so i have to overclock every time if i want to overclock,
Using easytune it will easily go up to 2.5

I have used the guide and have looked through everything i could find.

So any ideas what i'm doing wrong?
And any ideas on how to keep the easytune settings? (i've pressed "save" that didn't work, and i've used CPUZ to make sure it is at that level when overclocked)

Please Help

For ocing at extremly higher clock speeds the board must be an 8phase power unit. I looked at the specks and did'nt see that it was an 8phase. Try turning down the memory mhz and oc from there

It should stay if you click the save button. But it's better to ajust the settings in bios.

I wish it worked, i press save and it doesn't save it,
I try to change settings in the bios and it won't boot,
Its crazy
Even if i try very small changes in te bios it still won't boot.

If you have the option to up the fsb termination voltage, try that and see how it goes :)
