[SOLVED] Won't post after exiting Bios

I've run into a strange issue which I can't seem to figure out. I was playing around with overclocking with the gigabyte easy tune app. Pushed it too far, computer crashed, tried to restart then wouldn't post with vga error light on motherboard on. I reset the cmos, managed to get it to post. It will boot okay now but only if I don't enter the bios. If I enter the bios and then exit, even without changing settings, it then gets stuck not posting with the vga light on again. I completely uninstalled the gigabyte app centre/ easytune so that clearly wasn't the issue. Also while this is happening the fans on the graphics card will come on but not the rgb, even though the rest of the rgb in the system is on. Any ideas?

Ryzen 5 3600
Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200
Gigabyte RX570 4gb


Edit: I should mention this rx570 acts a little funky sometimes, occasionally crashes. I'm not sure how this would cause the current issue though considering it works fine until I try to do anything with the bios

brand and model of the psu?
how far did you push the oc?

I figured it out. Went into the bios and hit "load optimized defaults" seems to be working now.
