Question Won't post/Black screen

Hey all, things I've tried
-Resetting CMOS
-unplugging GPU to verify led debug
-replaced psu with known working one
-used one stick in each slot (I have 2 that were tested)
- swapped displays and ports from the GPU.

The computer fans on everything spins, nothing is ramping up. Just at idle. I'm getting no video signal, worked fine for a long time and was a problem when I would turn the computer completely off. Buddy of mine turned it off now it will no longer post. No LEDs are on on the mobo. Only confirmed parts that were working are the new PSU, and CPU

5700xt
R5 3600x
Mobo is msi mpg x570 gaming plus
Corsair vengeance ram ddr4 (2x8)

I'm hoping it's not a dead mobo, or GPU. I'd have to test it another day when my buddies rig is here

Did you try disconnecting all of the drives to see if that gives bios access?
