Wont post, fans spin

I tried to post it with two different sticks of Ram, one in dimm 1. no post, the other ram stick in dimm 1, no post, then both in dimm 2 one after the other, no post.

The cpu fan spins and hdd powers and cd rom. case fans also.
no beeps with a built in mobo speaker...

tried after market video in pcie and onboard vga and hdmi.. MSI MS-7623 785GM-P45 Motherboard AMD 785G Socket AM3 DDR3
This motherboard wont post, tried ram in Dimm1 and just in Dimm2 no post. Tried new video card, fans all come on. cpu fan yes. no beeps. any ideas?

Hi Thank you for welcoming me, Thank you for your help too! I agree I think it is faulty, problem is this was a replacement for a clients mobo :-/ I will never buy another ebay mobo again... hopefully I can return it.

Before accepting your answer id like to see other peoples input also.

Change the mobo, should be faulty.

It was not faulty actually. It turned out to be the power supply. Even though all fans were working... So strange I know.
