Wont show anything on screen - new built

I've just builed a computer for my friend, but when we boot it up we wont get signal to the screen. Started out by replacing the gpu, checking if the cpu was placed correctly, resat the CMOS, tried with one ram insted of 2 and in all the slots. And now im really lost i have a list of the build here:
ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 6GB DUAL OC
Asus Prime B250M-Plus
Kaby Lake i5-7600
Kingston Value DDR4 2400MHz 8GB
Samsung PM961 SSD 256GB M.2 NVMe
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" HDD
built in a Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5

I'm stuck so any advice would help!

try the mb on top of the box it was shipped with wit hjst onboard video if you can/

Update: Dident work, still getting no image on screen

So now i've built the whole thing outside the case, and i still get no image i have tried reputting in ram's etc but diden't work. https://imgur.com/37y7EY2 here is the build with power.

I'd take the SSD out and also unplug one monitor and see what you get then. Hopefully that'll at least let you bring up the BIOS on screen

I disconnect both the monitors to try each one, still no response. Also removed the ssd and no things on the screen yet! Any clue on what could cause the problem then, i tried both ram block, in all slot with both in and out. So the only idea i have is that the motherboard is disfunction or the processor is dead from new but coulden't imagine

is the power good led or any of the fault led are on?? one for gpu and one for ram and cpu. if there on it should help you in debug. try a test power supply see if you can get it to post with a test unit.

Cant see any of those led's still no response
