Wont start

Hello,
I have a problem i got a hp computer and it was a bit slow after i did some work with it and i made a restart ... When it did it started up with the hp logo but then when its about to write something it just stays there... Help plz??!

Put the windows 7 disk in the drive and start the computer, select upgrade. The upgrade repairs the system without erasing your personal files.
This can fix a stuck computer...
