Won't Turn On After New motherboard

Well I've finally got around to dropping in the new board I get myself but now I have the dam thing won't power up I've tried the front panel connections every which way I can think of my power supply is defiantly not dead and there has never been any problems powering up before with my old board.
Any ideas what going on?

Is it completely dead? You know you need to re-install windows with a new MB?

Right I have sorted it out..... I couldn't have made a stupider mistake..... I didn't have the power switch connected up properly and then the PSU switch wasn't flipped on -.-.
I appologise for this thread it was the most pointless thread I have ever created.
