Wont turn on

My PC wont turn on when my graphics card is inserted its like theres no power in the pc, and when I remove it from the pc it starts normally. Yesterday it worked fine, this morning i bought new Power Supply of 680w and 4gb of ram DDR3 and it worked for 10 minutes and then pc just turned off. Thats when I found out that I cant run it with graphics card.. My graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 6770 series 1gb GDDR5 please say if there is some fix i wouldnt like to buy a new one

Did you try another video card or test yours in another system? What is the brand and model of the power supply?
