word 2010 prolem after join domain

hi all i have problem with office 2010 sp2.

in my network with windows 2008 r2 sp1 ,my clients are windows 7 ultimate sp1.

i install office 2010 locally,after join client join domain, when i run word 2010 show me error.

error that shown: Not enough memory or disk space to completion .

i do every think but in local account all things is ok , after join domain my clients still have problem.

i read this http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/230528-45-disk-space-error-23gb-free but i dont understand ,what to do.
can any one help me?

does the user have local admin or power user rights?
