Hello. Is there a software where I can type in words and the software will say those words? It's like how you can say words into google and it types those words but the other way around. So I type in "one plus one equals two" and it will say those words. Also if I input "one plus one equals two, two plus two equals four" and it will have a pause in between. Also I would like to turn what it says into a mp3 file and save it to my computer. So is there something that does this or multiple programs I can get to do this? And it doesn't matter if it's paid or free.

For a power user, Praat is an excellent choice. Again, however, this is assuming you wish to work with very complex processes. It can run on Windows, OS X, and Linux.

Open Narrator (under Start / All Programs / Ease of Access / Narrator) and highlight the test you want. It will read it out loud. You could use Windows built in recorder and just set the input to whatever is the current sound and hit record. You can then convert the .wav into an .mp3, there are plenty of free programs that do that, or you could just use some kind of recorder (on your phone or whatever) and most likely have it save straight to .mp3.
