Hi community today i stumbled with a problem the boss asked me to send an IT memo and activity promo thru email to all employees including me who work and the software dev department. He handled me a word document with a combination of fonts styles and sizes that made that word document look really cool.

First problem i encountered is that i could only attach the word document and i wanted to showcase the complete word design like when you receive promo that looks like images and that is what you see as soon you open the email so it looks like a designed page in the email body. I thought i can just take a print screen and add it as an image but thanks to my laptop lame resolution and Words interface if i just cut the image it would not look good you cant appreciate the text. Any help with this?

Second problem i wanted to create a gmail group and add all the contacts form the department so i just have to send one mail. The problem is after creating the group how i avoid the other people seeing who else i sent the mail?

HELP!

Solution
hypersnap allows you to screen cap a scrolling window so you could cap the whole page.
or word to pdf, and then select all on the pdf and paste it, that should be a static image at that point.
Thanks for the answers most are greats i am still :S

So my best option is to use adobe pdf thru the printing option to convert it to pdf and then copy and paste it to make an image?

And i cant find how to add a whole group to bcc in gmail.
