word wont allow me to save files

Ok, so when i want to save something in word, it says File not found, check name and try again. well why would it say this when I want to save something it usually cant be found.....
I was looking on the net but only found some linux stuff.

What version of MS word or MS Office do you have?
what operating system?
are you trying to save on a Hard disk or a USB memory stick or elsware?
Is Word (or Office) activated?

If after a trial period without activation Word may go read old files only without being able to save files

I have microsoft word 2016, windows 10, brand new PC, very powerful. It wont save on internal ssd on specific folder bat cen save on default directory of any disk. and office is activated.
